We are located in the beautiful Avon Valley midway between Bristol & Bath and have easy access to the Cotswolds and Mendip areas.  Bus stops are within 100 metres to both Cities. Both are reachable by car within 30 minutes. Park & Ride facilities for both Cities are available as you approach from our home.

Keynsham town has a leisure centre approx 1/2 mile away. It also has a very pleasant park through which runs the River Chew.

There are pubs with restaurants nearby & Keynsham town has a selection of varied food outlets.  There are many country pubs within easy reach & an enormous selection of restaurants etc., in Bath & Bristol.
